The Mt. Hood Corridor CPO has identified several "best known methods" (BKMs) and a few relatively minor ZDO changes that will be reviewed with the community and proposed to be established as standards for the Villages at Mt. Hood.

Community members who attend the County sponsored Mt. Hood Corridor Citizens Participation Organization (CPO) meetings on the first Thursday of every month

community members who attend the County sponsored Rhododendron Citizens Participation Organization (CPO) meetings on the third Saturday of every month

V. Summarize Activities and accomplishments to date.
Significant discussion has identified a number of items that need to be addressed. Examples are:
1. exterior lighting standards to avoid night sky light pollution
2. high water mark standards for Principal Rivers Conservation Area construction
3. pedestrian "sidewalk" standards to not force urban standards on the mountain communityThe expected process is:
a) review, discussion, and approval by both CPOs
in conjunction with County Staff input and feedback
b) review, discussion, and approval by Villages at Mt. Hood BOD
c) review, discussion, and approval by Villages at Mt. Hood Town Hall Meeting
d) submission to Clackamas County BCC for consideration
