Subject:	Rhododendron CPO Meeting

Attached please find the Agenda for the upcoming Rhododendron CPO meeting to be held 
Saturday, May 15, 2010, at 1:00PM at the ZigZag Inn.  Also attached, please find a copy of the 
minutes for the previous CPO meeting, held January 16, 2010 and a copy of the By-Laws for the 
CPO.

We will be discussing whether the Rhododendron CPO wishes to continue or dissolve, since 
participation and attendance has been so sparse recently.  If the CPO is to continue, we need to 
have some people step forward who are willing to take over the CPO and maintain the 
relationship with Clackamas County and provide input on zoning ordinance issues that affect our 
community.  TOO few have been doing TOO much for TOO long and there is a need to vote for 
a new slate of Directors.  If you have any desire to see the Rhododendron CPO continue, then 
please consider placing your name in nomination for a position on the CPO Board.  Please refer 
to the By-Laws (attached) for qualifications and positions available on the Rhododendron CPO 
Board of Directors.

Assuming the CPO wishes to continue and if you would like to be placed on the ballot for the 
May meeting vote, please send an e-mail expressing that desire to: "rhodycpo@comcast.net".
