Clackamas County Complete Communities Village Advisory Board
2008-0303: Audio File of meeting "Villages at Mt. Hood" Tuesday, January 8, 2008 Hoodland Fire Station Meeting Room, US 26
2008-0130:
Miniutes of January 5 Board meeting available=> have been approved 2008-0205
Read about Applegate's demand that he boss the area marketing
He claims he is on many boards where he tells people what to do
...but he never seems to be willing to commit to or actually do "work"
and with his "master sargent" technique of yelling and bullying to get his way it will likely end badly just like in the Chamber 3 years ago.
2008-0108 Update:
The "staff report" indicated in the County agenda below is now:On Jan. 7 the County made available Notes from BCC/BOD meeting and the Annual Status Report. Apparently, they also updated the Agenda (hard to tell since they don't date the agendas). Review of Mt. Quail's work for us this last year This is likely to "cover up" Dougherty/Applegate's unilateral direction to Mtn. Quail that caused Mt. Quail to quit. I note that neither the County nor the BOD bothered to notify all the people who have indicated that they are "Parties of Interest" about this (or any other) agenda. This, of course, likely violates Oregon Public Meeting Law, ORS 192, but then someone would have to sue over it to get their attention. 2007-1230 Update: It looks like this is now the Villages of Chris Roth The agenda posted around the community are Chris Roth's version. 2007-1221: Once again, it looks like Chair Dougherty/Vice Chair Reeves can't get synchronized with the County, plus Dougherty/Reeves don't seem to want people to know what time the meeting is.... Sigh, what are these people up to?
as web posted 12/20/2007,
and community posted 12/30 Meeting Agenda (as posted by the County - click to see) Time: 4-6 pm
as posted 12/21/2007
Meeting Ajenda (sic) (as posted by Dougherty/Reeves) Time: no time given
- All BOD meetings are open to the public and must be announced with an agenda, on the web site and in the library at least 7 calendar days prior to the day such meeting is to be held. - There is no requirement that any materials be available prior to the meeting but may be requested under Oregon public meeting laws but I have not had any success with that approach |
