• Need for Joint meetings with community groups – we go to them
• Review and revise By-laws as needed
• Discussion regarding our name
• Each board member must have measurable goals
• Regular published measurement of our activities

o Each member provides his/her perspective
• Review of accomplishments and lessons learned from last year
o Each member provides his/her perspective
• Review of existing committees and action plans
o Be prepared to speak for 1-2 minutes on the status of each action plan – using the following guide:
• What are the goals and timelines of each action plan ?
• What support is needed to realize the action plan ?
• What obstacles exist that would obstruct realization of the plan ?
o Which committees should be continued ?
• Determine our priorities and goals
o On June 2011 what will be our accomplishments for the year ?
o Begin to set measurable, achievable goals (we will continue and finish this next meeting)
