• Review of existing committees and action plans
o Be prepared to speak for 1-2 minutes on the status of each action plan –
using the following guide:
• Determine our priorities and goals
• What are the goals and timelines of each action plan ?
o Which committees should be continued ?
• What support is needed to realize the action plan ? • What obstacles exist that would obstruct realization of the plan ?
o On June 2011 what will be our accomplishments for the year ?
o Begin to set measurable, achievable goals (we will continue and finish this next meeting) 9:00 pm meeting is adjourned - All BOD meetings should be open to the public and must be announced with an agenda, on the web site and in the library at least 7 calendar days prior to the day such meeting is to be held. - There is no requirement that any materials be available prior to the meeting but may be requested under Oregon public meeting laws but I have not had any success with that approach Meeting Notice Checklist
